You must first call our support number to request support. You will receive an invitation code which you will need to initiate remote support. ScreenConnect support is only available to clients on our Syncretic Network Support program.

Syncretic uses a Web-based screen sharing application called ScreenConnect to help support our clients. This application allows us to remotely and securely view and control our clients' computers as needed. No software installation is required.
